As we celebrate Board of Education Recognition Month, we want to take time to introduce our Board Members and share more information about the role the Board plays in our district!
Meet Rebecca Lewis-Pankratz, one of our dedicated Board of Education members! Ms. Lewis-Pankratz serves because "USD 418 has been pivotal in helping my kids succeed. When my kids were young their principals and teachers were integral to us walking successfully through several years of great difficulty. Because of this I felt called to give back by serving on the school board. Currently, I am energized by this hard work of shaping and supporting a vision where each one of our students can explore finding their own unique greatness.”
📚 Did You Know? The Board of Education is responsible for establishing a shared vision and strategic goals to guide the educational direction of the district. Our board is currently working on updating our strategic plan for 2025 and beyond!
